A message dated May 8, 1998, was read stating the Governor is                  
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

Relating to opposition to the designation of any rivers in Alaska             
as American Heritage Rivers under the American Heritage Rivers
